
Ingredients

egg white of 6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 live crab
10 oz broccoli
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp chicken broth mix
Sauce
1 tsp shredded ginger
2 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Steam the crab. Remove crab roe and meat from the crab. Set aside.
- Cook broccoli in boiling water with some salt. Remove and arrange on serving plate.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Beat egg white with milk and seasoning. Mix in crab roe and meat.
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil. Add egg mixture slowly and fry until done. Remove and put on top of broccoli. Serve with sauce on the side.
