Anti-aging and Skin-enhancing Food for Mothers on Mother’s Day

Below are dishes having main ingredients that are said to be either anti-aging and/or good for skin.

Fresh Lily Bulb – Lily Bulb and Orange Salad

Garlic – Steamed Shrimp with Chili Garlic Sauce

Mushroom – Enoki Mushroom and Beef Roll with Black Pepper Sauce

Chicken – Traditional Steamed Chicken Soup

Mother’s Day Dinner

My husband and I had an early dinner last night in the Mise Restaurant to celebrate Mother’s day ahead of the crowd. The dinner is a treat from our daughter in Hong Kong.

Mise offered two groups of dishes, First and Second in their menu. They also had a special offer of creating a three-course meal from any three dishes in the First group. So we ordered six dishes and one dessert to share.
