Ingredients
160 g beef tenderloin
50 g red Bell pepper
50 g yellow bell pepper
50 g orange bell pepper
Marinade
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp cornstarch
dash pepper
Seasoning
1 tsp cooking wine
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
- Remove seeds of bell peppers and cut into strips.
- Cut beef into strips. Add marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Stir-fry beef until almost done.
- Add bell peppers. Toss to combine.
- Mix in seasoning ingredients. Toss briefly. Remove and serve.
