Breakfast Brioche Toast


3 brioche buns
1½ cups fresh raspberries, about 6 oz

Lemon Cream

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp lemon curb


  1. Mix lemon cream ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cut buns in half and lightly toast under a preheated broiler. Arrange the base of each brioche on a plate, spoon the lemon cream mixture on top, then pile on the raspberries.
  3. Add the toasted lid, dust with confectioner’s sugar and serve.
